POLICIES

SPAY/NEUTER

All dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed/neutered in order to participate in group play. Intact males MUST stay in a private suite, and we will NOT accept intact females.

VACCINATIONS

All dogs must have proof of current vaccinations (DHPP/DHLPP, Bordetella, and Rabies). Dogs must also be on a monthly flea treatment (Frontline, Advantage, etc.).

AGE

Dogs must be old enough to be fully vaccinated, which generally happens around 4 months of age.

RESERVATIONS

Daycare and sleepover reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, so you're advised to book space as early as possible (contact us for availability). New dogs are required to attend a day of daycare before their first sleepover.

CANCELLATION

Daycare reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit (by 7:00 am the day before). A late cancelation or a no show will result in a charge for that day. Sleepover reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit (by 7:00 am two days before). A late cancellation or a no show will result in forfeiture of the deposit (deposit is equal to the cost of the first day of your dog's stay with us).

COLLAR/NAME-TAG/LEASH

All dogs must wear a buckle collar (aka quick-release, clip, or snap collar) with a name tag, and all dogs must be walked into and out of our facility on a leash.

HEALTH

All dogs must be in good health to attend daycare and sleepovers. If your dog is recovering from an illness, he/she must have approval from the vet in order to attend. If your dog becomes ill while in our care, he/she will be quarantined and you will be advised to pick your dog up asap. If necessary, we will transport your dog to the vet.
